All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our product pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your order plus shipping and handling within Canada and tax (where applicable). If you are exempt from any taxes, you will need to provide us with documentation to support that exemption. If you need to ship outside Canada, additional fees will apply. After your product has been shipped, we will also email you with the invoice confirmation and package tracking information. When sending a personal cheque, we will confirm your order by email and let you know where to send the cheque. Your order will be shipped upon payment receipt. Shipping and handling orders delivered within Canada will be shipped via UPS ground service or Canada Post Priority Service, Monday through Friday – not including holidays – unless you choose otherwise. If you need express shipping methods, please call us for options and costs. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and postal codes. In the event damage occurs during shipment, please retain all packaging for claims process.
Return policy. If there is a problem, please call us within 1 day of receipt for replacement. CUSTOM FABRICATED OR NON-STOCK ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Stock items are not eligible for return after 30 days. Merchandise returns require a return goods authorization number. When calling, notify us with product number and our invoice or packing slip number. Credit will not be issued until we receive the return. In the event a package is lost, damaged or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product (less any shipping fees), at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address. Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge with a minimum of $10.00.
Goods Damaged in Transit. The customer is responsible to check all parcels received for damages by freight carrier. If damages occur, customer is to advise the carrier upon receipt of goods, keep all packaging, and advise our office immediately for claim instructions.
NOTE: Carriers will refuse any claim if not advised immediately. |
